• Stands are normally allocated as follows, subject to agreement by the Show Executive-

• Local (Village) Charities - 3 Trade Stands
• Non-local Charities - 1 Stand
• Information only - 1 Stand
• Note that no Charity will normally be allocated a stand TWO years in succession.

     There is also the opportunity for village/parish organisations to have a display only stand in the Community Marquee.
